Welcome to counselling and therapy in Swindon
Are you struggling to cope right now?
Does life feel like it's getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place where you could just offload and explore what might be going on in your life?
Perhaps I could help.
So who am I? My name is Haoli (it's said like Hayley, but with an 'O' in the middle) and I'm a qualified (and accredited) counsellor, experienced in helping people find a way through many difficult issues and situations - and to get life back on track. This includes everyday difficulties such as problems with friends and family, but also more complex issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties and abuse.
As your counsellor, my aim is to offer you a place where you'll have the freedom to explore what's going on in your life without judgement, and with the assurance of confidentiality. And, as we continue on this journey of discovery together, I trust you'll find ways in which to live life to the full - and with greater contentment. (On the "About Me" page, you can read more about how I work as a therapist.)
As a counsellor, I work with both individuals and couples facing difficulties such as:
That said, no problem is ever too small if it's having an adverse effect on your life, so even if your difficulty isn't listed above, I'd like to encourage you to give me a call to see if counselling might help.
How much does counselling cost?
Talking through your problems with a stranger can feel somewhat daunting, so it goes without saying that choosing the right therapist is really important. For this reason, I offer all new clients the opportunity to have a free informal chat with me, so that we can discuss what you'd like to achieve through counselling - and to see if you'll feel comfortable working with me as your counsellor.
Once you're happy, and we've agreed to put some sessions into the diary, I charge £40.00 per session for individuals and £55.00 per session for couples.
I work from home on the north side of Swindon, Wiltshire (see map below) and use a private room which overlooks the garden, which is fully enclosed and private.
Parking is always freely available outside the house, but if coming by bus, No. 5 stops at the end of my street.
Whilst the room I use is downstairs, unfortunately, my premises don't provide access for clients with mobility difficulties.
